The grants, which may be of up to £500 each, are managed by the Federation. Example cases where a small grant would be viewed favourably are Zoom licences, equipment roller banners, minor computing equipment, awareness advertising, PSA testing.

Recent awards have been for a variety of projects including design of leaflets, supply of display materials, holding awareness or PSA testing events, purchase of computer equipment and software, and general assistance with funding the costs of running support meetings. 

An excellent example of what can be done with a Small Grant is this awareness poster produced by member organisation The Prostate Project, who are based in Guildford.
