Tips on bringing people together to raise money
There are so many ways you can raise money for Tackle Prostate Cancer – your imagination is the only limit
It doesn’t need to be a huge event, you could simply get friends and family together for coffee, lunch or a ‘Saturday night in’ – get them to bring along something to eat or drink, and also to donate a small sum (the equivalent, say, of coffee, lunch or a Saturday night out!). You’ll be amazed how much money you can raise by simply having fun with friends.
But if you fancy tackling something more ambitious, rope friends or colleagues in to help organise an original and entertaining event. There are loads of possibilities, ranging from quizzes to headshaves; darts competitions to 5-a-side matches; Scrabble contests to car treasure-hunts – turn your crazy idea into a money-raising bonanza!
If you’re thinking of planning a fundraising event, or you’d like some tips and advice on how to plan one, we’d love to hear from you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re here to help.
