Every group is different – some meet over coffee, others walk together, meet online, or available over the phone. Each exist to give men, trans women, and their families a safe space to talk about prostate cancer.

We get it. Walking into a group for the first time isn’t easy. That’s normal. To make it easier:

  • Get in touch with organiser and ask them what to expect. A lot of the groups offer 1-1 phone calls.
  • Bring someone with you.
  • Start by listening – you don’t need to talk straight away.

Once you find the right group, something shifts:

  • You’re not alone.
  • You gain confidence and clarity.
  • You learn from others who’ve been there.
  • You feel stronger facing what’s ahead.
