Trustee

I bring extensive experience in pharmaceutical strategy, market access, innovation, and organisational development to my role as a Trustee at Tackle Prostate Cancer. Much of my career has focused on healthcare, evidence, access, and sustainability, with a strong interest in how organisations create lasting value for patients, communities, and wider health systems.

I’m also completing a Doctorate in Business Administration, with research focused on pharmaceutical innovation, access, strategy, and organisational decision-making. This reflects my long-standing interest in how companies, charities, health systems, and policymakers can make better decisions that ultimately benefit patients.

I joined Tackle Prostate Cancer because I strongly believe that people affected by prostate cancer should have access to the right support, the right information, and the right treatments at the right time. No one should be left to navigate diagnosis, treatment decisions, side effects, or life after treatment without trusted guidance and human connection.

Patient access to innovation has always been a major professional passion for me. I’ve spent my career thinking about how promising treatments progress from scientific development into real-world healthcare, and how evidence, value, affordability, and system readiness affect whether patients can benefit from them. This belief also sits at the heart of my two pharmaceutical books, The Same Molecule, Two Different Fates: How Mindset, Strategy, and Culture Decide the Destiny of a Drug and Designing Pharmaceutical Innovation Around Patient Access and Responsibility.

At Tackle Prostate Cancer, I’m particularly interested in helping the charity strengthen its long-term financial resilience, diversify income, and build sustainable partnerships that enable local groups and peer support networks to thrive. My commitment is simple: people affected by prostate cancer deserve access to innovation, trusted information, peer connection, and practical support, wherever they live.
